Does anyone think the Bears will be denied another Calder Cup? This team as configured could beat the lower segment of the NHL including our mothership in Nassau. The issue with this team is the Capitals build their team through the junior leagues and trades, not through the Bears. They have some great AHL talent, however their big stars Aucoin (too small) and Giroux (too slow) are not NHL players, so they will always remain as the big fish in the small pond…yippee!
