    He was actually only on trial for first degree criminal sex act. The third degree charge was thrown out earlier when it was determined there was “not enough evidence”. I, personally, thought this entire thing should have been thrown out when the accuser couldn’t remember anything…sounded pretty fishy to me. But, nonetheless, his career is most likely ruined, even with the acquittal. Best of luck to him though.
