Yes, they can.
What is the rule for PTO players not on the clear day roster? Can the Tigers sign someone who was not playing for them as a PTO eligible? I remember that PTOs can only play if there is a recall, injury or suspension on the roster.
In essence, correct. Amateur tryouts, like all those players Bridgeport brought in last spring, can be added to the roster and play at any time, regardless of whether the team’s in the emergency or not. (The rules are technically in place for the rest of the regular season as well as the playoffs.)
I read in a blog but can`t recall where that any player with junior eligibity can play in the AHL after there season is over. Also read that any player currently in college can also play in the AHL once they leave school and sign a PTO or ATO?.
The only necassary people on the clear day roster were players that are only eligible for ECHL,AHL or NHL?
This is all in regaurds to the playoffs in the AHL.
Is this correct?
NYI down to six D on the trip, so may need to call someone up in short term at least.
does moving Mottau effect the D in BST? With Reese not playing much, I guess he could now.
