I was keeping score at home and I nailed the roster dead on! I knew that Tony was going to be the odd man out. One thing we have now is depth, that wasn’t there in year’s past. We have a solid group of “black aces.”
As far as ATO players/prospects joining the roster, I don’t see too many. John Persson looks like the most potential candidate, as Red Deer might not make the dub playoffs. Shawnigan is hosting the Mem. Cup so we won’t see Kabanov until October. Strome is on a strong Niagara team poised to fight to the end of the OHL playoffs, so count him out. I see the potential of Andrey Pedan joining on an ATO as he plays for a weak Guelph team. Brendon Kichton could be a possibility, though Spokane is a pretty good team.
