Well the Powerless are young men who never quit! One game, one referee, please lets give these guys a little break…come on man!!!!What can you say about a team that since the end of last year has been if not the best or at least within the top 3 teams overall in the entire league. Coach Thompson has put together a group and got the most out of players that never were given a chance to really produce or even given a chance to play in the Ahl. What we did is a group of booster members and as loyal fans is put together a Stat. list of why the Sound Tigers are unbeatable in 2012. They are getting the most out players both offensively, defensively and in the Net. We took a snap shot of 20 games per player that covered pretty much everyone due to injurys. call ups, scratches etc. during this run, which will continue because we are unstoppable. Please do not forget about the Goal-tending. No Team could be in a position to win without GREAT Goalies. Poulin and Nilsson are NHL Ready. Thank god we get them for the rest of the year!!!

Haley and Nilsson have been sent down. Hopefully they send avid and Casey down next.
Only hope for Poulin is getting Nilsson back. I hope for Casey and Haley to come back too. It stinks when your top line has Marcinko!!
Have to agree with Hank about Gillies. It’s playoff time and his lazy antics are selfish. The 8-1 difference in power plays is further proof that the elite teams in this league, like the NHL, get the calls.
They are a good team and it only appeared that they scored on every power play opportunity but 8 to 1? What about giving Poulin a spell, he seems to be out of sorts out there maybe needing a break. We know that’s not happening.
dont want to be critical. But Gillies should not play again. Did he cost the game ? NO! but some plays were lazy and selfish. 3 icings and he was a stride away from red line and then the lazy boarding penalty. I know they are short, but still…
