    How Mayer assessed it is correct, though you don’t see it very often. That rule changed… would have to dig up the date, but in the past 10 years or so.

    Question about that Nelson penalty, I had seen in the past that when there is a delay penalty and the other team has the extra attacker that if they score the penalty isn’t assessed. What happened here?
