Believe so, though as mentioned before, I’m far from well-acquainted with the ECHL’s rules. It’s weird enough that a guy can get waived around the league this late in the year.
If Allen didn’t place Jack on waivers (after being placed on the suspended list), would he had been eligible to return to the Americans? The way the article was written, that seems to be the case.
