The Albany Choppers. Never been to any their games but I had a few hockey cards and of the Capital Dijgstrict Islanders. I remember that the Adirondack Red Wings (and/or the Detroit Red Wings) wouldn’t allow the CD Islanders to play at the Knickerbocker Arena and the team was forced to play at RPI which allowed the IHL and the Choppers to set up shop in Albany. At the time, I wasn’t aware of where Glens Falls was or how close to Albany it was, but I developed a hatred for the Red Wings franchise.
