Not much swingin’ news-wise over at practice. The biggest thing that popped up, in preparation for tomorrow’s story, was that Chris Lee isn’t necessarily a go for the weekend. Not that there’s a problem, just that there’s no sense in rushing him back from a concussion for Games 7 and 8 when there’s another week off afterward. (Yes, someone said the ‘C’ word. I should probably protect my source.)
The WBS Pens have a captain, and Jonathan has a multiple-choice quiz. (I was hoping ‘D’.) Here’s his full story, which includes an “ow!” note on J-M Daoust. Bears goalie Michal Neuvirth is going to the Czech Republic but could be back. Tyler Sloan made things happen quickly.
