Tough times

A month and a half after he took that spill into the boards, when he was hoped to be day-to-day, the day has apparently finally come for Trevor Gillies to return. Looks as if he’s in for Tomas Marcinko.

Both teams have one to scratch. Bridgeport’s looks like Steve Oleksy, with Benn Olson in for him. Binghamton’s looked like Lessard, though I missed the third line on both run-throughs, so if I’m off, apologies in advance. Oleksy indeed: Mike Ratchuk for Binghamton, though.

Saw Steve Stirling as he came in the door today. Looks good. Says he feels good. Nice to see him. Now turns out Dave Baseggio is here, too.

Sacred Heart, after losing 10-0 to RIT yesterday, lost 3-0 today. A little better.
