Further progress: Both John Persson and Marc Cantin got through the complete practice today; more of a systems day than the past few days’ conditioning, skating, battles. Persson (who, when they rushed, rushed with the ol’ familiar Sundstrom and Kabanov) said he was feeling good afterward.
Chris Bruton was missing for a follow-up doctor’s appointment. Sean Wiles tried to skate earlier but wasn’t 100 percent, Scott Pellerin said. Nothing otherwise new on the injured.
David Ullstrom is leaving Yaroslavl. Wilkes-Barre suspended Peter Mannino; destination unknown. Meanwhile, Trevor Smith had a decent night last night.
