Collberg out: Wilkes-Barre pregame

Sebastian Collberg was slow to the bench with a few minutes to go last night after taking a hit from Anton Blidh (who finished that shift with a penalized hit on Justin Florek, who came on for Collberg). We’ll see about further prognosis, but Collberg is out today at least with what they’re calling a lower-body injury.

Loic Leduc gets in, though, to make his AHL debut. Looks like Jesse Graham goes to the left side with Matt Carkner getting the evening off (Bracken Kearns takes the A). Appears James Wright and Jared Gomes get back in, with Ross Johnston warmed up in case one couldn’t go. Edit: Johnston is scratched.

A night after Bridgeport beat Matt Ginn in his AHL debut, it faces Tristan Jarry in his pro debut. The Pens also have one to scratch; Harrison Ruopp, from all indications. It is.

This should be the box.

Bridgeport scratches: Gibson (lower body), Collberg (lower body), Cullity (healthy), Carkner (healthy), Finn (healthy), Rowe (upper body), C.Jones (upper body) and one more (Johnston (healthy)).

Edit: I was racking my brain before the game trying to figure out which forward I was missing from the scratches. They’d had a three-man fifth line, not counting the injured, forever. (It was Louis Leblanc. Whoops.)
