If another goalie is signed by the Islanders I am calling it right now who it will be. Marc Cheverie, you know the Isles like Denver kids.
Looks like Jason Clark is in the fold too.

Mario: No, neither one could go to arbitration. They’re just restricted free agents. All that’s really changed from Sunday morning is that the Islanders no longer have to offer them that qualifying offer. (They could, but they don’t have to.)
Boy Wishart sure does have some gall to reject his QO. The way he played, he should be lucky he got tendered at all. He may be looking to Europe as well. Trade his rights if we must.
Michael, can Martin and Wishart accept offers or are they gonna play the season under a one year arbitrator contract?
No apology needed, shocking Kalpa announced this on 7/16. Only waiting game is on where Marcinko signs in Europe.
Correct. He’s still remaining with KalPa. Sorry if that seemed unclear.
This is different for Koskinen from last year who was loaned to Kalpa on Nov 15th from the Islanders, now he’s like the players who signed elsewhere like Katic but were qualified so club retains rights like Joensuu, Colliton in past.
They would presumably sign someone else.
So what would the goalie situation be if Poulin moves up?
Finland.
Koskinen?
