Welcome back

Albany arrived around 5 p.m. for its first game in a week. The Rats arrived with four players called up (including Ryan Cruthers, the Long Island kid who made a practice cameo last spring) and one sent down (Brandon Sutter, on conditioning). A nice hand for the Rats from much of the early arrivers as Albany came out for warmups; there are a bunch of signs ringing the boards, and there are a handful of Albany fans here, too.

Bridgeport is in blue, because Albany needs to be in white for the moment. Coincidentally enough, the Sound Tigers will be in white Friday, because the Phantoms will be wearing these. Home teams in dark sweaters: Color us happy.
