Sifers to Utica (Edit: Adieu, Bruno)

Stratford’s Jaime Sifers, Calder Cup champion and former Fairfield Prep standout, has signed a two-year AHL contract with Utica, the Comets announced. He spent the last two years in Cleveland, an alternate captain on the Monsters’ title team.

Newsy morning: The NWHL’s Connecticut Whale announced they’re moving back to Stamford, this time at Terry Conners Rink. The Whale started at Chelsea Piers two years ago and played at Northford Ice Pavilion in North Branford this past season.

And Worcester picked up a veteran and former Shark, Ashton Rome.
