Bridgeport has played exhibition games in and around Worcester a few times over the years. This’ll be the first time it’ll be the home team. The Sound Tigers and Hartford announced a two-game preseason slate that begins Thursday, Sept. 28, in a return to Trinity College*, where they met last year. Two days later, they’ll play at the spankin’-new Worcester Ice Center, the practice rink for Bridgeport’s new ECHL affiliate, the Railers, and saying that will still take some getting used to.
